AW SNAP My Christmas present expired...

I was going through an old email account and noticed that my father had sent me some money for Christmas. What? I sooo could have used that?! I was busy, things were changing quickly and I simply forgot to check that account. There are expiry dates on financial gifts, and I had long passed the expiry date by checking that email account in May. The result was that I missed out on receiving a present that would have blessed me, and made my Christmas season easier for me.

We have done that with God. Our Father God is often sending us presents because he loves us. Yet we are busy, things in our life are changing....and we simply don't check in with him. If you neglect God he will not hate you. If you neglect God, you will simply miss out on his thoughtful gifts. In order to receive a blessing from him, you have to first be willing to receive his gifts. The first starts with his son Jesus who can heal you, then the second is the Holy Spirit who will teach you all things......but oh there are so many more....more than you can imagine. Check in with God your Father, there is a blessing waiting to be deposited into your life.

To be or not to be.. AMERICAN HEALTH CARE IS THE QUESTION

So let me get this straight........Americans will have health care while the democrats are in and then NO health care once the Republicans take over. 'ohhh, thats dramatic' you say. Did Abortion laws last? Or, when Obama became President did they change within um....less than nine months. As a graduate of a Public Administration program I know first hand that in order for huge issues such as health care to be introduced to the nation, the majority has to be in favor. Americans are forgetting that health care is a national issue. In France and in Canada...the Nation agrees to health care. Both Liberals and Conservatives believe in health care. We may disagree how the funding is spent. And most of us disagree with Hilary coming and telling us how to run health care while the those in the US military suffer because their health care is weak. Uh...Hilary....how about you take care of yer own first?

A nation divided is a nation that cannot stand. Hmmmm......what does this remind me of? Oh yes, General Lee, the most powerful military strategists in History insisting that Longstreet 'take the hill' at Gettysburg. Longstreet was no coward. I winced when I saw that hill when I was in Pennsylvania. With the enemy coming towards the Confederate soldiers, Longstreet was brave for at least attempting the hill. Instead, Lee with his Southern dream like agendas marched forth........face to face against General Grants men who had the high ground. Lee was fearless.....He was Southern.....and he was bold. Unfortunately they lost thousands upon thousands of men in a war between men who lived in the same nation.

If the health care debate continues to be challenged....how exactly will CEO's of hospitals, and HR recruiters be able to retain physicians? How will they convince nurses to stay longer than four years at a time. If pharmaceutical companies in the USA own over 85% of the pharmaceutical in the world....will the US government now be in charge of the worlds supply? Did they not already do that with the illegal drug trade? Hilary you remember right? And now....they have to initiate a war on drugs to recover from those decisions. I am not saying that Americans should not have health care. I feel deeply for the poor who live without it. I am merely suggesting that as long as it is a single party agenda......a war may be headed their way......
